In recent years, in Canada and internationally, there have been significant developments in how the law promotes and interacts with the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The panelists have come together to discuss these legal developments, examining the complementary role of voluntary initiatives and the future of CSR in the context of the current financial crisis.
