Saturday, June 15, 2013 09:00toThursday, June 20, 2013 09:00

In 2013, the 25th Canadian Materials Science Conference will be held at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, from June 17-19, 2013, with special courses running on June 15 and 16 and a poster session on June 19. This 25th CMSC will continue the tradition of being an important focal point of the Canadian materials science community and an excellent forum for academics and professionals to present their results and discuss advancements in a wide range of areas of materials science. As always, graduate student and postdoctoral researchers presentations are strongly encouraged. Short courses will also be available on for participants to attend.

The CMSC 25 Organizing Committee is delighted to announce that this year's D.K.C. MacDonald Lecture will be given by professor Peter W. Voorhees, Frank C. Engelhart Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Northwestern University.

The CMSC 25 will also feature a banquet on Tuesday June 18 at 6:30. This will be a great event to mingle and socialize with many distinguished members of the materials science community.
