24h of Science with AstroMcGill

Join AstroMcGill to celebrate science during the Québec-wide event 24h of Science.

At the Rutherford Physics Building, AstroMcGill will propose various activities related to astronomy, as well as observations with our telescopes. The detailed list of activities will be available on our webpage: www.astro.physics.mcgill.ca/outreach.php

We will have events on:

  • Friday, May 10th, between 8pm and 10:30pm, with night sky observations (Moon, Saturn, etc...)
  • Saturday, May 11th, between 10am and 12pm, with observations of the Sun.

These events are free and open to all, including young children.  Activities will be proposed in English and in French.
