Firm tours are available for sign-up on myFuture.

  • Keep in mind that your name will be sent to the firm 24-hours prior to the firm tour.  If you are cancelling your RSVP, it must be done prior to the 24-hour mark – you do not want to be a ‘no-show’!  Please read descriptions carefully, particularly for the Big4 Accounting firms and when they specifically want Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver students to attend. Some of the firms have multiple tours – only attend one

IMPORTANT CACEE INFORMATION

Quebec firms will require a CACEE form to apply. Out of province firms usually require a resume and cover letter. Transcript is always required. Download the CACEE form from MAS website and fill it out. To view a sample completed CACEE form, go to the MAS website.  Note, it can take several hours to complete, so don't wait until the last minute and do not COPY the sample!

For detailed steps to writing a resume and cover letter, consult the many resume writing guides available in the career resources section of myFuture.

For up-to-date information, check out the MAS Website on a regular basis at http://www.masonline.info/

A note about Business Cards:

It has become increasingly popular for firms to request that students carry business cards with their picture. To faciliate this process before recruitment, it is best that you look into this now and since many of you are not in town yet, you could opt for an economical site that includes picture and text and provides shipping www.vistaprint.ca .  Be cognizant of the shipping times!   Dave’s store is also another option that many of you are familiar with.  Have a look at whichever options are most economical and TIMELY!
