uPrint service will be unavailable from Dec. 14 at 5pm until Dec. 15 at 6am

The uPrint service will be unavailable due to an upgrade on Thursday, December 14 at 5pm until Friday, December 15 at approximately 6am

·         Print jobs attempted during the upgrade will not be accepted; no warning message will be sent.

·         All print jobs in the queue but not yet printed will be abandoned at the start of the upgrade; there will be no charge for these jobs.

After the upgrade, users will not notice any difference to the uPrint service. It only impacts back-end functionality and paves the way for future service improvements.
