Paul Johnston in MacEwan University's new recording studios

Excerpt from an article from the Edmonton Journal.

"Chances are you don’t think about the microphone stands used to record your favourite tunes. It’s part of Johnston’s role to make sure that you can just sit back and enjoy the music, and to train others to reach for those same high standards.

The work is all tied to a recording diploma and hopefully — subject to government approval — the first full-scale, four-year recording degree in Canada."

Paul Johnston completed a BMus in jazz and MMus in sound recording at the Schulich School of Music.
