Join us for a highly interesting talk with lawyer Tara Santini on the legal challenges regarding sex work and more specifically, how prohibition laws affect sex workers' rights.

Me Tara Santini, BCL/LLB'11, is a Montreal-based lawyer, educator and legal trainer working directly with criminalized individuals and communities faced with intersecting realities and systems. In addition to training legal, social, health and other service providers, she develops legal and rights workshops specifically for these communities. Her work is inspired in large part by her extensive engagement with Butterfly, Asian and Migrant Sex Workers Support Network, the Canadian Alliance for Sex Work Law Reform, and Stella, l’amie de Maimie
