The IASL does not directly award the CLE credits, however, the conference programme may be accepted by each of the participant’s legal profession regulatory body. Each jurisdiction has its own requirements but many accept if another similar legal profession regulatory body has recognised the training. We anticipate our program can provide up to 11.25 hours of CLE under the rules of the Bar of Quebec (the seat of the conference). Members will be required to sign in and out each day and attendance certificates will be issued after the conference and. It is up to each member to register with their own governing body and verify whether the session qualifies under their rule for CLE credits.
