Meditation @ Thomson House is a network for McGill grad students and postdocs who are interested in meditation practice, mindfulness, stress relief, life balance, and relaxation. We host a free weekly Meditation Hour, on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Join us for a break in your day to cultivate focus and inner peace. No advanced registration or previous meditation experience necessary; each session is designed to be accessible to anyone interested. Mats are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
