Indigenous Educational Series (Winter 2013)
Since colonial contact and occupation, there have been dramatic changes to the identity, culture, and society of Indigenous peoples of Canada. In today's Candian landscape, what issues do Indigenous people face? How has colonialism impacted their traditions and everyday life, societies, and economy? What have been the successes and breakthroughs? What is the outlook for the future?

Nomination for the Award for Equity & Community Building
McGill University’s Award for Equity & Community Building was approved by Senate and the Board of Governors in April 2012. This award recognizes the work of students, faculty and staff committed to advancing equity and diversity at McGill. The first competition for the award will be held in 2013, with a nomination deadline of March 15th 2013.
Within the award, there are three streams of recognition. Up to three awards may be granted per year, one in each stream.
