Dalia Kandiyoti, Centre for Diaspora and Transnational Studies, University of Toronto. Prof. Kandiyoti specializes in comparative diaspora studies. Her publications on Latin American literature, North American Latino literature and North-American Jewish fiction have appeared in Modern Fiction Studies, the Bulletin of Spanish Studies and Comparative American Studies. Sponsored by McGill's Dept of Jewish Studies and a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
