"The Rights to Life: How Patent Law Affects Human Health." This talk will set out basic principles of patent law and their application to health products and services. While pharmaceutical companies expect a return on major R&D investment, developing countries often can't afford or get access to life-saving drugs.
Run in conjunction with Dept of Athletics, this practical workshop offers training and warm-up tips to help weekend warriors get ready for a summer of soccer, tennis, golf and softball. Come ready to stretch and sweat. Enrolment limited to 20 participants.

who will transmit a) external package to external evaluators and b) internal package to Chairs of DTC and UTC. NB: Three (3) external packages must be in unmarked and unsealed ready-to-mail envelopes or boxes.
Run in conjunction with Dept of Athletics, this clinic is ideal for beginners and intermediate players who want to receive sound instruction in the game's fundamentals. Sessions are led by qualified tennis professionals. Reserve early; limited to 24 participants. In the case of inclement weather, clinics will move into the McGill Sports Centre, 475 Pine Avenue West.
Chairs of DTC and UTC transmit reports to committee members. Provided the DTC has not finalized its recommendation, the Chair of DTC may add items to complete candidate's dossier. Candidate shall be given a copy of any item added and is allowed to prepare a written response which shall be included in the tenure dossier. Candidate may submit additional material on research and other original scholarly activities, with written explanation, to the Chairs of DTC and UTC.
After November 15, at the request of DTC, new evidence relating to any category of academic duties...
may be submitted by candidate to Committee, but only to clarify an issue that arises during the course of the Committee's deliberations.
