New position: research assistant

We are recruiting a graduate student who will participate in a research project related to the use of a computer simulator for the training of power wheelchair skills. This position is based at Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital (Laval), a site of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation (CRIR). The RA will collaborate in the overall management of the research project.  Duties will include recruitment of participants for the project, administration of clinical tests and follow-up by phone. The RA will report to Philippe Archambault, OT, PhD.

New position: post-doctoral fellowship in rehabilitation and ethics

We are recruiting a post-­‐doctoral fellow (PDF) who will engage in research in the area of ethics and rehabilitation care, with a particular focus on issues of equity and service delivery. This position is based at the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy of McGill University and affiliated with the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation. The PDF will join a CIHR-­‐funded research team “Physiotherapy practice and third party payers: Issues in professional ethics” and an emerging network (Professional Ethics Research Network, www.pern.ca).
