The McGill Alumni Association of Victoria cordially invites alumni, family and friends to a lecture by Gordon Smith, BA'62 (McGill), PhD (MIT). Prof. Smith served as Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1993-1997, then moved on to the University of Victoria, where he was appointed Director of the Centre for Global Studies and Chairman of the International Development Research Centre. Cheques must be received by March 17.
