This year’s Dorothy J. Killam Lecturer is Nora D. Volkow who is the Director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institutes of Health. Dr. Volkow’s work has been instrumental in demonstrating that drug addiction is a disease of the human brain.  She will deliver the Dorothy J. Killam lecture entitled "Addiction in the Human Brain"  on Monday, May 12th, 2014 at 4:00 pm in the Jeanne Timmins Amphitheatre.

A reception will follow in the Foyer.
