LILY HP NGUYEN, MD, MSc, FRCSC, is an assistant professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (OTL-HNS) and attending staff at the Montreal Children's Hospital. She is a former Teaching Scholar (2007-2008) and is currently completing her Masters in Health Professions Education at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr Nguyen is the Director of undergraduate medical education for OTL-HNS at McGill, and is involved in many post- and undergraduate committees at both the local and national level. She is also the 2013 recipient of the Jonathan Campbell Meakins & Family Memorial Fellowship which awards excellence in medical education, and the 2014 recipient of the Canadian Association for Medical Association's Certificate of Merit which promotes, recognizes and rewards faculty committed to medical education in Canadian medical schools.
