Volunteer to share your industry knowledge, insight and personal experiences with current students and help students become more aware of various career paths open to them. Each year we host career panels and the Engineers-in-Action Speaker Series, which feature many alumni.
Encourage your organization to hire an intern or co-op student, participate in the Tech Fair, recruit new grads at McGill, or participate in mock interviews.
Become a mentor. The McGill Mentor is managed through a tri-partnership between the McGill Alumni Association (MAA), the Career Planning Service (CaPS) and the Student Organization for Alumni Relations (SOAR).
