CV Drop-In | Advising Drop-In | Graduate Advising/CV Drop-In | CV/Advising Drop-In (Mac)
Drop-in sessions are for 15 minutes. Registration for Drop-in is on a "first come, first served" basis and it starts 15 minutes BEFORE the Drop-in session begins.
Please note that there is limited space available for Advising and CV Drop-ins. Depending on the time of year, we are able to take a maximum of 4-8 students for each Advising/CV Drop-in timeslot. Undergraduate CV Drop-In (Downtown)
Undergraduate students can drop in to CaPS, where a Career Advisor or Peer Educator will provide basic feedback and suggestions regarding your CV. Should this revision period prove insufficient, we would recommend you make an individual appointment for a later time. Please bring a paper copy of your CV.
Please know we unfortunately cannot review cover letters during this time.

Undergraduate Advising Drop-In (Downtown)
Undergraduate students can drop in to CaPS to speak with a Career Advisor without an appointment for a quick question you may have or as a preliminary meeting to help you start setting your future goals.
Available times for Advising Drop-ins:
- Monday: 10h00-11h00
- Tuesday: 15h00-16h00
- Wednesday: 15h00-16h00
- Thursday: 11h00-12h00
- Friday: 14h00-15h00
Graduate Advising / C.V. Drop-In (Downtown)
Graduate students can drop in to CaPS to have their CV looked over or for a quick advising question with a Career Advisor at the following times:
- Tuesday: 15h00-16h00
- Thursday: 15h00-17h00
- Friday: 15h00-16h00
Undergraduate and Graduate CV / Advising Drop-In (Macdonald Campus)
Although Macdonald campus does not have regular drop in time, students are welcome to drop in with their CV during our regular hours. We are usually able to look over your CV on the spot, or can book an appointment for you within a short delay.
