Promoting Your Organization
Employers can raise their organization's visibility at McGill in the following ways:
- Deliver a company presentation
- Participate in a career fair or campus event
- Sponsor the CaPSScoop
- Partner with us
We welcome and encourage you to deliver company presentations or information sessions to students. To request a company presentation/information session you will be required to sign in to, myFuture, our Integrated Career Services System. Starting from the home page click on the "Events" tab to request a company presentation/information session. Alternatively, you can phone us at 514-398-3304 0653 to arrange details.
Numerous career fairs take place throughout the year and participating in one is a good way to raise your organization's visibility among the McGill student body.
Many student groups and clubs also organize career-related events for their students. If you are interested in working with a particular student group, we can put you in touch with them. Please contact our office for further assistance (514-398-3304 x 0653).

The CaPSScoop is our publication for undergraduate students. It is electronically delivered to approximately 20,000 students once a month between September and May. The CaPSScoop includes articles, tips and events for students on career exploration and the job search process.
As an employer, we invite you to sponsor the CaPSScoop by placing an ad in one, or all, of our editions for the academic school year. Alternatively, we can work with you to develop an industry report related to your organization's work. Industry reports are a great way to raise awareness about a particular industry, while stressing your company's involvement in that particular sector.
