In fall 2013, McGill University struck a working group to study the issue of cycling at McGill University. The mandate of the working group is to consider whether and how mounted cyclists can safely be accommodated on the downtown campus without compromising the pedestrian-friendly atmosphere established for this area during the Greening Campus initiative of 2010.
The working group will make recommendations to Robert Couvrette, Associate Vice-Principal, University Services in Spring 2014.
You are invited to learn more about the membership of the working group and to explore the minutes and presentations from the working group meetings, all of which are available here. Please also feel free to share your thoughts and questions on this topic.
