Presentation of the Bloomberg Manulife Prize - Toronto
The prize was presented to our 2013 winner, Dr. Walter Willett, Distinguished Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health, and one of the world's most influential nutritionists, at the the MaRS Discovery Centre in Toronto on Monday, January 27, 2014. His discussion, followed by an informal Q & A, was attended by McGill Vice-Principal Dr. David Eidelman, Dean of the Faculty of Education Dilson Rassier, along with key founders, sponsors, and media, as well as prominent McGill alumni and friends of the University. Dr. Willett's talk, based on his research into long-term health outcomes through proper diet and nutrition, was followed by a dinner for our winner and guests.
