Complementary courses are chosen in consultation with the research director. Graduate Committee may stipulate additional course work (e.g. BIOC 404 Biophysical Methods in Biochem , BIOC 450 Protein Structure and Function or BIOC 454 Nucleic Acids ) depending on the background and project of the candidate. *Students exempted from one or both of PHAR 562 Neuropharmacology and PHAR 563 Endocrine Pharmacology because they have taken these courses (or equivalent) as undergraduates must complete 3 or 6 credits, respectively, from Complementary course list D below.
