Schedules for each facility are posted on the Athletics and Recreation website two weeks in advance. Click on the photo of the facility you wish to inquire about and view the weekly schedule. Once I get into the Sports Centre, how do I find the activity areas?

The front door security agent can point you in the right direction once you arrive or follow the blue signs to your destination. The squash courts and Fitness Centre are located on the basement level, the equipment room and pool are on the ground floor, and the Fieldhouse and gymnasiums are on the first floor. The Sport Medicine Clinic is located on the third floor.
