Welcome to McGill’s ASAP 2012 website. ASAP 2012: Achieving Strategic Academic Priorities is McGill’s next strategic plan. This website provides information about the goals, themes, strategies and actions that will ensure that McGill remains one of the world’s top research-intensive, student-centered universities.
This website will be a place where you can find out about the continuing developments regarding ASAP 2012. As its strategies and actions are implemented, and as we move ahead to achieve our goals during the next five years, there will be routine updates on here on this site.
If you have questions about what ASAP 2012 means for you as an undergraduate student, graduate student, faculty member, administrative employee, or member of the community beyond campus walls, we hope this site will provide you with some answers.
As well, the Provost will continue to provide regular reports to Senate, Board of Governors, MAUT, Faculty, Library, and Student Societies and associations, Management Forum and other stakeholders. These reports and other updates will be posted on the Provost's website.
