ASAP 2012: Achieving Strategic Academic Priorities is McGill’s strategic plan for the years 2012 to 2017, developed by former Provost Anthony C. Masi. As the ASAP period winds down, this website offers an overview of the goals, themes, strategies and achievements associated with this period, ensuring that McGill remains one of the world’s top research-intensive, student-centered universities.

Over the next year, Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) Christopher Manfredi will develop a renewed statement of academic purpose, building on the foundation established by ASAP 2012 and taking McGill into the second decade of the 21st century.
