MyArtsResearch – New Research Workshop Series for Arts Undergraduates
MyArtsResearch is a new series of research workshops for undergraduate Arts students. Developed and delivered by the resource librarians at the Humanities and Social Sciences Library in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts, these workshops help students develop essential research skills useful to undergraduate Arts students at all levels and in all programs.
Topics covered in the sessions include:
- Improving search results using online databases
- Assessing the quality of academic and non-academic materials
- Exploring subject-specific resources
- Citation and academic integrity
Sessions are offered during the school year for all Arts undergrads, and special modules are offered over the summer for ARIA students, tailored specifically for their projects.

MyArtsResearch workshops will be provided on the following dates:
- February 1st, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 1)
- February 2, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 2)
- February 8, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 3)
- February 9, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 1)
- February 15, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 2)
- February 16, from 11:30 to 13:00 (module 3)
