NEW! Uploading your documents: After your application has been received, you will be given access to your Minerva account, where, if you are eligible to do so, you will be able to upload your unofficial transcripts and supporting documentation to complete your application. This is strongly recommended. See this section for participating faculties/schools and full instructions on how to prepare, upload, and submit relevant documents.
Please be advised that you cannot upload documents for applications to be admitted to programs administered by Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (i.e. Master’s or Doctoral). For the time being, such documents must be mailed. Please see the program page for the department to which you have applied for detailed information: www.mcgill.ca/gradapplicants/programs.
Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is building a document upload system specifically designed to meet the needs of graduate applicants and programs. The target for launch of this system is Fall 2012. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Submitting self-reported grades (for Canadian high school students): This section provides details on self-reporting your grades to Minerva for students applying to Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts, the B.A.&Sc., Education, Engineering, Management, Nursing, or Science from a high school in Canada (other than those in Quebec or Ontario).
Sending official documents: All transcripts received via the upload process are considered unofficial. Once your official documents are requested, see this section for details on where to mail them.
