Admission for September 2012 - Advanced-Level Students

The values listed below are the minima that were required for admission in September 2012. Admission to McGill is competitive and subject to availability of space. As such, minimum grades for entry may fluctuate up or down in any given year. Please note that grades that are equal to or better than those listed do not guarantee admission for September 2013.

The basic admission requirement for Advanced Level is three Advanced Level subjects (or two Advanced level and two different Advanced Subsidiary subjects). A maximum of 30 credits of advanced standing may be granted depending on subjects, grades obtained, and individual Faculty requirements. Strong AS and GCSE/O-Level results (where applicable) are also a determining factor in the admissions decision process.
