The following information may be required. Please ensure you have it on hand to refer to as you complete the application form.
- Transcripts
- Test scores (such as LSAT, MCAT, TOEFL, SAT)
- Referees' names and addresses
- Quebec Permanent Code (if you have studied at any level in Quebec)
If you find you are missing information, you may stop at any time and return to your application by re-entering your Login ID and PIN.
