The Scholarships and Student Aid Office helps students find the financial resources necessary to cover the costs of their education. You will find information on scholarship funding, government aid programs, McGill loans and bursaries, debt management, individualized budget counselling, and the Work Study program.
McGill is proud of the quality of its students and their accomplishments, and it has an extensive program of entrance scholarships to recognize academic excellence.
- Entrance scholarships range in value from the One-year Scholarship (one-year awards of $3,000) to the Major Scholarships (valued at $3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 renewable).
- All eligible applicants are automatically considered for a one-year scholarship.
- A separate application is required for the Major Scholarships.
