Non-Tenure-Track Librarian Staff

Non-tenure-track Librarians Regulations can be found at Regulations Relating to Employment of Librarian Staff.

The non-tenure-track librarian staff of the University consists of those persons who are so described in their official letter of appointment. Non-tenure-track librarian staff shall be subject to the same duties, according to their contract of employment, and hold the same ranks as the tenure-track or tenured Librarian staff. (Regulations Relating to Employment of Librarian Staff, Section 5).

Reappointment Term limited term reappointments that do not exceed in aggregate two years RRELS- and
Indefinite Term continuously employed for five years shall be appointed for an indefinite term. RRELS-

Benefits and University Pension Plan Eligibility Full-time staff: mandatory
minimum 3 month appointment with minimum salary $25,000/annum

Part-time staff: optional
minimum 9 month appointment with minimum salary $25,000/annum
