PROCEDURE
DEFINITION An unranked contractual appointment. Appointee works in the academic sector of the University in his or her professional capacity and also engages in some teaching and/or research and related academic activities. An unranked contractual appointment. Appointee has a minimum of six years continuous employment at McGill as an Academic Associate and meets the promotion criteria. An unranked contractual appointment. Appointee has overall responsibility for the growth, organization and management of a University collection or museum. Appointee is also expected to teach and/or conduct research. An unranked contractual appointment. The Regulations Relating to the Employment of Contract Academic Staff (CAS) govern these academic classifications. Listed below are further guidelines and procedures which supplement the Regulations.
