1) Where Letter of Appointment is the Unit's responsiblity, for appointments of 1 year or less, the appropriate termination clause must appear in the letter issued.
2) All [re/appointments/changes of status] take effect no earlier than the first of the month in which the appointment is received in Academic Personnel or in HR, whichever approval path is required as per below.
