Mandate of the Associate Provost (Faculty Affairs & Resource Allocation)
Reporting to the Provost, the Associate Provost (Faculty Affairs & Resource Allocation) is responsible for the following:
- overseeing academic planning and management of the budget and compact processes;
- advising the Provost on aggregate resource allocations to faculties and administrative units;
- overseeing the work of the Budget Office and Academic Management Office in resource allocation;
- allocating CRCs and internal James McGill/William Dawson awards and associated stipends;
- coordinating CFI dossiers and applications with the Office of the VP(RIR).
