McGill’s emissaries
MAA volunteers are local representatives of McGill University. It is expected that their conduct and actions will reflect their important role as ambassadors of a university of international standing and reputation. Therefore, the MAA asks that all board members sign the volunteer contract.

The contract covers appropriate conduct and the handling of personal information to which volunteers may be privy in fulfilling their organizational duties.
