Services for Your Student – Financial Matters

Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office manages student financial records and can answer questions relating to the payment of tuition and ancillary fees, health insurance charges, on-campus housing charges, the provision of tax receipts and other financial matters. Students can inquire about accessing their accounts online and providing a parent with guest access to Minerva, the University’s online information system, to view e-bills and other information. Scholarships and Student Aid

The Scholarships and Student Aid Office helps students manage their financial commitments throughout the school year. Students can contact the office to inquire about scholarships, student loans and bursaries, government student aid programs, debt management and budget counselling, and the Work Study Program.

Applications for McGill financial assistance programs can be found on the Financial Aid menu on Minerva. Students can arrange a personal meeting with a Student Aid Counsellor by calling for an appointment.
