Jennifer Heil, currently a student working toward a BCom at McGill, is one Canada’s most accomplished athletes. While the pinnacle of her dominance in her sport, freestyle mogul skiing, came with an Olympic gold medal in 2006, she has achieved quite a bit more. From 2003 to 2006, she garnered four consecutive overall World Cup titles, delivering 32 podium performances that included 18 gold and 12 silver medals. She was named by CanWest Media the 2007 Canadian Female Athlete of the Year. All in all, she has won five overall World Cup titles. She also won a silver medal in her sport at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, and gold medals at the 2005 and 2007 World Championships. She has been active in a variety of international development and female empowerment charities. And last but not least, she is planning to complete her McGill degree by 2013. For having achieved so much at such a young age, and becoming a major role model for girls everywhere while still in her 20s, she is the Greatest McGillian.
