An employee who is required by their immediate supervisor to remain on call after their regular work day or work week will receive a premium as follows :
Effective June 1, 2010: twelve dollars and thirty-six cents, ($12.36) for each eight (8) hour period during which the employee remains on call.
Effective June 1, 2011: twelve dollars and seventy-nine cents, ($12.79) for each eight (8) hour period during which the employee remains on call.
Effective June 1, 2012: thirteen dollars and seventeen cents, (13.17) for each eight (8) hour period during which the employee remains on call.
Effective June 1, 2013: The on-call premium will not be increased this year. Please continue to use the rate effective June 1, 2012.
For each on-call period of less than eight (8) hours, an employee shall be paid on a pro-rata basis.
