Employee relations committee

  1. The University and MUNASA will form a joint Employee Relations Committee. The Committee will comprise a maximum of four (4) representatives of the University and four (4) representatives of MUNASA.

  2. The Committee’s mandate is to discuss questions and problems concerning employer/employee relations, including the review of the placement transition process. Formal written disputes filed under the Dispute Resolution Policy shall not normally be discussed by the Committee.
